Insurance

All employers must hold a workers' compensation insurance policy to cover all of their employees. The amount of premium you pay will depend on the type of industry you are in and your past accident record.

Insurance companies must be approved by NT WorkSafe to sell workers compensation insurance and they are responsible for managing claims from injured workers.
