Repealed Legislation

The following legislation has been repealed, however as outlined in the Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Regulations 2011, compliance with certain parts of the legislation is still required during the transition period for the new legislation. Mining operations are required to comply with the repealed legislation as outlined in the commencement timeframe.
