NT WorkSafe is holding two information sessions in Tennent Creek on the new Work Health and Safety laws which commenced in the Northern Territory on 1 January 2012. The sessions will provide people with information on:

  • the new legislative framework (including codes of practice)
  • understanding key terms under the Act
  • who has a duty of care
  • transitional arrangements.
Attendance is free, however a RSVP is required. RSVP’s can be made by:
