High Risk Activities

A number of workplace activities are recognised to pose a high level of risk to the health and safety or workers and other people. These activities are specifically regulated under legislation and certain activities require the worker preforming the task to be licensed by NT WorkSafe.

The following Bulletins are currently under review due to the recent change in legislation. The Bulletins still provide useful guidance, but must be read in conjuction with the Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Act 2011
