The Workplace Health and Safety Advisory Council has been established under the Workplace Health and Safety Act.

The advisory council has four schedule meetings each year, but may schedule further meeting if required.

The advisory council has established the following subcommittee’s to assist in providing consultation and advice on workplace health and safety matters in the Northern Territory.
  • Construction Subcommittee
  • Transport & Storage Subcommittee
  • Resources Subcommittee
  • Agriculture & Primary Industry Subcommittee
